Can this be taken pre-run instead?

Absolutely! Some runners prefer to take electrolytes before their run. Others prefer to take it at any point in the day. This is totally up to you. We gave it the name "post-run recovery" to emphasize the recovery benefits of taking an all-in-one joint and electrolyte supplement.

However, keep in mind to limit the serving size to 1 scoop per day.

How many servings a day can I take?

Take 1 scoop daily. Also, although our product is called "Post Run Recovery", feel free to take it before your run instead if you prefer to take electrolytes before running.

The timing of when to take this product is totally up to each runner's personal preference. However, please remember to not exceed 1 serving daily.

On your rest days, take 1 scoop at any time during the day.

Serve in cold water!

What flavors do you have available?

Currently we only have mango available but we will be releasing more flavors such as lemon lime, watermelon, and berries in the near future.

What other products do you have available?

At this moment, we currently only carry our Post Run Recovery formula. However, we are working on developing more formulas in the near future.
